1. Service Fees
All fees charged by Immicore are for professional consultation, documentation assistance, and processing support. Fees may vary depending on the type of service, complexity, and case requirements.
2. Payment Terms
A. Full payment must be made in advance before initiating any service
B. In certain cases, services may be offered in milestone-based payments, which will be communicated clearly
C. Work will commence only after confirmation of payment
3. Accepted Payment Methods
We accept payments through the following modes:
• UPI (e.g., Google Pay, PhonePe, Paytm)
• Bank Transfer(NEFT/RTGS/IMPS)
• Debit/Credit Cards (if applicable)
• Other digital payment methods as specified on our website
4. Invoice & Confirmation
• A payment confirmation or invoice will be shared upon successful transaction
• Clients are required to retain proof of payment for future reference
• Any discrepancies must be reported within 48 hours of payment
5. Taxes
• All applicable taxes (including GST, if applicable) will be charged as per Indian laws• Fees mentioned may be exclusive of taxes, unless stated otherwise
6. Third-Party Charges
• Government fees, embassy charges, FRRO fees, courier charges, or any third-party costs are separate from Immicore’s service fees• Such charges must be paid directly or as advised and are non-refundable
7. Late or Pending Payments
• Delay in payment may result in delay or suspension of services• Immicore reserves the right to withhold documents or services until full payment is received
8. Pricing Changes
• Immicore reserves the right to revise service fees at any time• However, once a payment is made, the agreed pricing for that specific service will remain unchanged
9. Refunds
All payments are subject to our Refund Policy. Clients are advised to review the Refund Policy available on our website before making any payment.10. Fraud Prevention
• Immicore is not responsible for payments made to unauthorized accounts or individuals• Clients are advised to verify official payment details before making transactions
