Refunds Policy

At Immicore, we are committed to providing professional and transparent immigration and visa consultancy services. This Refund Policy outlines the terms under which refunds may or may not be issued.

1. Nature of Services

Immicore offers consultancy, documentation assistance, and support services related to visas, immigration, and travel compliance. Fees charged are primarily for professional services, guidance, and processing support—not for guaranteed outcomes.

2. Non-Refundable Fees

The following fees are strictly non-refundable:
A.Consultation fees (paid or free sessions converted into paid services)
B.Service initiation or onboarding fees
C.Government application fees, embassy charges, or third-party payments
D. Documentation, translation, attestation, or courier charges

3. Refund Eligibility

Refunds may be considered only under the following circumstances:
a) Service Not InitiatedIf a client has made payment but the service has not yet been started, a partial refund may be issued after deducting administrative charges.

b) Duplicate PaymentIf a payment has been made more than once for the same service, the excess amount will be refunded after verification.

c) Service InabilityIf Immicore is unable to proceed with the service due to internal limitations (not due to client ineligibility or external authority decisions), a partial refund may be processed.

4. No Refund Cases

Refunds will not be issued in the following situations:

a. Visa rejection or delay by embassy/FRRO/government authorities

b. Change in immigration laws, rules, or policies

c. Incomplete or incorrect information/documents provided by the client

d. Client withdraws after service initiation

e. Failure to meet eligibility criteria

5. Cancellation Policy

Cancellation requests must be made via email to info@immicore.in

Once the service process has started, cancellation may not be eligible for a refund

6. Processing Time

Approved refunds will be processed within 7–14 business days and credited via the original mode of payment.

7. Dispute Resolution

In case of any disputes, clients are encouraged to contact our support team first. Immicore will make reasonable efforts to resolve concerns promptly and fairly.

8. Policy Updates

Immicore reserves the right to update or modify this Refund Policy at any time without prior notice. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting on the website.
